Sierra Lodge Getaway

This past weekend, October 20-21, some of the Klesis bros. went off to the Lake Tahoe area for a weekend getaway at Sierra Lodge, a lodge built by our church. Leaving right after Klesis Weekly, we arrived at around 11pm and stayed up until 4am playing board games, basketball, making smores, and more.

The next morning, we did an arm wrestling contest, spent some time sharing stories between seniors and freshmen, then jetted off to take on the Five Lakes Trail near Lake Tahoe. That trail was an intense 1000 foot elevation gain, but we made it and got to see some great views along the way.

And of course, no trip is complete without an all-you-can-eat buffet. On the way back we stopped at a Mongolian BBQ place in Roseville.
